Our client requires an individual with significant project management life cycle experience including the monitoring of costs, progress reports, quality of work reports and all the tools and techniques that are standard in the industry. You must have a strong background in project management as it relates to clinical settings and preferably an understanding of the health care industry as well. You have a proven track record as a Business Analyst in a health care consulting company or a related organization with applications experience.

 

You will have used business analysis tools and techniques to analyze and document a client’s business with a view to understanding relationships to application software and you will have made recommendations to improve processes and workflow. At the same time you are well versed in preparing test plans, running the test and resolving issues to a satisfactory conclusion. You have the patience and methodologies to train clients and team members and enable them to benefit from the new application systems you have been instrumental in developing.

PRODUCT MANAGER, PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY, to $110K, plus bonus, Montreal, Quebec

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry to help roll out  some world-class blockbuster drugs. We are seeking someone who plans, designs, and manages the entire commercialization plans for the assigned products and related services from conceptual stages throughout the product lifecycle to meet sales, marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participates in the development of the overall product strategy and roadmap within the Product Management team. Conducts and coordinates customer, market, and competitive research to develop product and market access strategies. Helps in determining product placement opportunities within the hospital and physician market and designs market plans in a cross-functional arrangement with scientific/medical research scientists as appropriate. Plans, schedules, and coordinates all product roll-out tasks for new products and product revisions. Prepares product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as research, market access, sales, medical information services, marketing,  operations to develop and provide product definitions and promotional information responsive to customer needs or disease state groups. INDUSTRIAL SALES POSITIONS in the MEAT PACKAGING INDUSTRY, to $65K Base plus Bonus, Ontario, Quebec and Canada West

We are searching for experienced sales people to sell equipment that stuffs meat into casings to produce sausages and other food products. This equipment also has applications for dairy and bread products. Each piece of machinery is worth many thousands of dollars and the target markets are the big and medium size food companies who manufacture, package and distribute the finished products to retailers. The machinery can be custom fitted for more advanced automation applications. We are looking for someone who understands the work process flow and production environment of a food processing plant while at the same time being a good sales person with a track record of having met sales targets. The job pays a base of up to $65K plus a $30-$40K  bonus and a company car.

 

Locations: Three people are required: one in the West, one in Ontario and one to sell in Quebec and the Maritimes.

SECURITY SALES EXECUTIVE, to $ 130 plus bonus, Toronto, Ontario

 

We require an experienced security services sales executive for the Toronto market to sell a broad array of Security Services including, Consulting, Hosted Security Services, Compliance, Payment Assurance Certification and Risk Management.

 

You will provide leadership and guidance in prospecting, developing and securing relationships with new customers and be instrumental in setting the sales direction for your team. The ideal candidate has a background developing strategic relationships that involve combining conceptual solutions that can be turned into practical, labour saving applications in the health informatics and medical imaging vertical.

 

By way of an analogy to illustrate these types of strategic partnerships consider PC Manufacturers and the alliances they develop to offer ‘bundled’ software.We are searching for someone who can present viable business opportunities to potential partners and successfully co-develop a product/service offering to mutual customers.

 

This is a big picture Business Development role that will reward successful business development with a commission-based structure that will include benchmark based bonuses.
