RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your abilities to lead a team including: RNs, Care

QUALIFICATIONS:
BSN or MSN in Nursing plus Two (2)years of Nursing experience as a Registered
Nurse.
ASSET:
One (1) year of experience leading or
supervising a team or department associated with Critical or Emergency care.
Strong communication skills and team oriented. Ability
to work harmoniously in a culturally diverse work environment, committed to

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: NYS License as RPN, BLS, ACLS, PALS - Assets: Basic
Coronary Care, CPI Certification.

care, Pediatrics, and Neonatal Intensive Care. Bring your National Provider BLS
– or ACLS from the American Heart Association certification, with at least one
year of experience working in a General Surgical or ASC, and we have a

CLINICAL OPERATIONS
DIRECTOR - SURGICAL SERVICES - MARYLAND/DC AREA - $150-160K PLUS BONUS, 401K

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage operations
of a state-of-the-art Surgical Operating Center focusing on outpatient
ambulatory care. Maintain and develop policies and procedures, staffing needs,
operational and capital budgets. Manage Clinical operations compliance with
governing agencies. Oversight of Management team leading Physician
relationships, ancillary services, maintenance, nursing, materials supply in an
effort to deliver new and established pricing for procedures based on cost
analysis and local market standards.
AREAS OF ADMINISTRATION - While reporting to the
Regional Vice President, this role will oversee:
Personnel Administration
Clinical Services
Quality Improvement
Medical Staff Relationships
Personal Development and Professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS in Nursing, Clinical Operations, Healthcare Delivery/Administration.
3-5 years of Operations Management or Leadership experience in a Clinical
setting delivering high quality and compliant healthcare. ASC experience is
strong asset. Strong communication skills.
