BUSINESS ANALYSTS, to $100K, Montreal, Quebec
We require a variety of business analysts
to work with the health and dental care claims departments in a major
insurance company to document user and system requirements from a number of
departments. Along with the Quality Assurance department you will assist in
the development, analysis, design and testing of the various components of
the enhanced system. We require an experienced trainer who has prepared
documentation manuals and can help the operations staff get up to speed.
Excellent communications skills are
required as well as 3-5 years experience or 6-10 years experience as an
analyst in addition to the time you have worked on health or dental claim
systems. We require excellent technical skills that require you to use
action diagrams and other formal development tools that will help you to
analyze, organize and train team members.
Above all your very strong interpersonal
skills will be needed to facilitate the input from a number of working
groups and to crystallize their opinions into workable solutions.

DIRECTOR
HEALTH BUSINESS CONSULTING, to $95K plus bonus, Ottawa, Ontario
Our client requires
an individual with significant project management life cycle experience
including the monitoring of costs, progress reports, quality of work reports
and all the tools and techniques that are standard in the industry. You must
have a strong background in project management as it relates to clinical
settings and preferably an understanding of the health care industry as
well. You have a proven track record as a Business Analyst in a health care
consulting company or a related organization with applications experience.
You will have used
business analysis tools and techniques to analyze and document a client’s
business with a view to understanding relationships to application software
and you will have made recommendations to improve processes and workflow. At
the same time you are well versed in preparing test plans, running the test
and resolving issues to a satisfactory conclusion. You have the patience and
methodologies to train clients and team members and enable them to benefit
from the new application systems you have been instrumental in developing.
You will manage a
team that analyzes clients’ business requirements and sets the standards for
them and you will monitor them to ensure proposals to prospective clients
are presented in an accurate, timely and comprehensive manner. You must have
managed large and complex projects/teams.

SECURITY
SALES EXECUTIVE, to $130 plus bonus, Toronto, Ontario
We require an experienced security
services sales executive for the Toronto market to sell a broad array of
Security Services including, Consulting, Hosted Security Services,
Compliance, Payment Assurance Certification and Risk Management.
You will provide leadership and guidance in
prospecting, developing and securing relationships with new customers and be
instrumental in setting the sales direction for your team. You have a proven
record of exceeding sales goals by developing alternate sales channel
opportunities and partnering across customer segments and company resources
to bring broader value proposition to clients.
As well you can demonstrate that you support
and work closely with the other functional areas of the organization in a
way that encourages partnership and teamwork.
To qualify you must have a University or
College Degree in Business, Computer Sciences or Engineering plus five or
more years of sales experience within a consultative sales organization and
proven success in security services sales including prospect development and
large account management. This includes experience in working with alternate
channels and partners in delivering customer solutions. You will bring a
strong local market knowledge with solid client relationships and business
contacts to this position. Your experience includes developing sales plans
and accompanying budgets as well as market analysis and program development.
